This beautiful traditional mountain chalet is perched at 1,750 m above sea level! It has been completely renovated with care to retain its original character. The fireplace in the large dining room on the ground floor and the fireplace in the living room on the first floor give this chalet a warm atmosphere! This cottage is ideally located in the quiet hamlet of Levassaix and just 500 m from the entrance to Les Menuires. In addition, only 250 m separate this chalet from the Bettaix chairlift (accessible via a snow-covered blue slope thanks to snow cannons) which is already part of the Trois Vallées ski area where no less than 600 km of skiing Alpine are waiting for you! For information, this chairlift provides the link between the resorts of Ménuires, Val Thorens, Méribel and the luxurious resort of Courchevel. In summer the activities are varied and varied: climbing, angling, mountain biking, trekking etc. Moreover, with its 250 km of hiking trails and 50 marked trails, the Belleville Valley attracts many hikers!
