The pet-friendly Holiday Home located on the Island of Pasman, Dalmatia in the bay of Zincena is ideal for 4 people. The living room on ground floor is air-conditioned with Double sofa bed, TV, radio for entertainment, dining table. There is one separate bedroom with a queen bed and a couch for 2 in this holiday house. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and crockery, refrigerator of 200 litres capacity of which the freezer partakes 50 litres and a cooking 2 ring stove. The House has a huge veranda to witness the amazing view of the garden specially maintained to enjoy the built barbeque while listening to good radio inbuilt around the place. The house provides a spacious bathroom with modern and exotic showers, washbasins and toilets to help you relax and feel fresh. To give you a thrilling experience, a parking area has been made at 250m from the house, which restricts you to walk and sightseeing before you reach the house. The nearest airport is Zadar at a distance of 30 kms.

Kindly note that this property is not suitable for physically challenged persons. The house is accessible by car to about cca. 250 m distance, by the road that leads to the bay of Landjin, on a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the hill, that can be affected by weather conditions. For this reason, these roads are not recommended for lowered cars, but that does not mean that you necessarily have to have an SUV or a four-wheeler. These roads are passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving. The advantage of having your car by the house is that you may easily go on trips and explore not only the immediate, but also the wider area, which offers many attractive excursion locations. Parking in the bay of Landjin is free of charge. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Electricity is generated by solar power, 220V, but no household appliancies may be used except of battery rechargers and lights. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom. Water and electricity should be used sparingly here. This water is originally tap water, but as it is staying in the tank in hot weather, we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking. Bed linen are prepared for you. Fresh bed linen arrives once a week. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not available, please bring your own. Bring along your cell phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone batteries (and your laptop batteries as well) in the house, using your regular household recharger. Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency, because the transfer and the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is very inconvenient at night. After the check-in in our agency you will travel to the island.
