The modern and comfortable apartments at Residence Cleo come in three variants: a 2-person one-bedroom (IT-44029-04), a 5-person two-bedroom (IT-44029-05) and a 6-person variant that also has two bedrooms (IT-44029-06). All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with amenities that include a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, satellite TV, a safe, WiFi, rolling shutters and air conditioning. The apartments are situated on the front side of the building, offering a view of the marina and the residence's small car park, or on the rear (south) side, in which case you have a view of the pool and the town. The spacious balcony comes complete with garden furniture, a built-in barbecue grill (vented through a closed system, so you won't be bothered by the smoke), insect screens and a sunshade. Absolutely everything has been thought of to make your stay at Residence Cleo as comfortable as possible.

The strategical position of Residence Cleo makes it easy to visit the most famous and beautiful cities of Italy in only a few hours time: Ravenna, Ferrara, Bologna, Rimini, Venice, Rom, Florence. Young people and sport fans can practice a lot of sports in the direct surroundings, such as swimming, sailing, Nordic walking, cycling, golf, tennis, fishing, and to really stay in shape: jogging at the beach.
