Detta vackra hus ligger på 300 m höjd i bergen och i Val Vibrata. Du har panoramautsikt. Huset består av en villa och ett annex med totalt 8 lägenheter. Det finns en rymlig trädgård och en gemensam pool. Lägenheterna är helt renoverade och smakfullt inredda. Mansion ligger i Teramo Hills, mitt i det gröna landskapet. Havet är bara 3 km och inom 30 minuter kan du vara i bergen. Speciellt Gran Sasso National Park och Monti della Laga är mycket värda. Huset ligger i ett unikt läge mellan havet och bergen och är ett område borta från folkmassorna. Den vackra staden Ascoli Piceno ligger 20 minuters bilresa och är kul att besöka. Det finns också en restaurang där du kan beställa typiska regionala rätter. Det är främst lokala produkter som används, inklusive grönsaker, kött och vin.
