Två moderna badrum med duschar och insektsnät garanterar komfort, medan den privata inhägnade trädgården, grillen, parasollen och poolen (öppen maj–september) skapar en idealisk friluftslivsmiljö.


Detta hem är perfekt beläget för utforskning, nära Volterra (18 km), Lajatico (5 km) och San Gimignano (34,6 km). Gästerna kan promenera genom vingårdar, besöka historiska landmärken eller njuta av toskansk mat på närliggande restauranger bara 100 meter bort. De fantastiska stränderna i Marina di Cecina ligger 45 km bort, medan den berömda vinregionen Chianti inbjuder gästerna att njuta av vinprovningar längs sina pittoreska vägar. Oavsett om du söker äventyr eller avkoppling, garanterar denna reträtt en minnesvärd toskansk upplevelse.

The location is really great for those who have in mind to explore the surroundings and the Tuscan cities but also to spend a day of full relax in the private swimming pool and in the Jacuzzi hot tube of the garden of the house or alternatively at the sea.

The Tuscan coast offers a great choice of seaside resorts from Cecina, Marina di Bibbona and Marina di Castagneto Carducci to Follonica, Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala.

Not to be missed are the famous Tuscan provinces such as Florence, Pisa, Siena etc, but also very characteristic villages such as Volterra, San Gimignano, San Miniato, Certaldo, Colle Val d'Elsa and nearby Lajatico with \"Teatro del Silenzio\" of Bocelli.
Not too far away is the prestigious Chianti area where you can go on panoramic roads and taste the renowned Tuscan wines.

You can park for free at 100m from the house, but naturaly to bring your luggage you can stop right next to the house.
