Careful attention to detail makes this a home away from home with 2 kitchens, a total of 5 bedrooms and 2 baths. From the balcony, guests can enjoy a breath-taking view of the surrounding mountains. The bedrooms are spacious and well-decorated to convey a welcome ambience. There are 2 garages in addition to the large parking area. The house also has a children’s cot and a high chair to cater to younger guests. The villa is roomy with lots of privacy and space to relax in. During summers, guests can enjoy lounging in the garden. Located in the heart of the town, the train station is a mere 100 m away. Restaurants and shops are also within a few minutes’ walking distance. The ski bus stops not far from the house and can take guests to nearby Fügen and to the well-known Ski-Optimal- Hochzillertal ski areas. The villa offers charging for electric and hybrid cars for an additional fees.
