Both of these sights are at a 5-minute walking distance! The Loire river is practically at your feet; we recommend renting bikes and following the beautiful Loire-à-vélo bicycle trail. Other famous castles in the area are Chenonceau (15 km) and Chaumont (17 km). The splendid city of Tours (25) has Saint-Gatien's cathedral and numerous museums, monuments and charming medieval alleys.
