In the wonderful garden, you can enjoy the sun and the beautiful surroundings all day long. The garden is provided with several terraces and you have access to your own private swimming pool (heated at extra cost). The house is surrounded by rolling fields and forests. The house will have a new owner in 2021 and a completely renovated decor! Prayssac, a small town in the middle of the vineyards, is 6 km away. In Prayssac there are nice markets and wine festivals all year round. The beautiful Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, at 35 km away, is also a spot that should definitely be visited. It is known as one of the most beautiful towns in France because of its medieval character and its stunning location. The picturesque location attracted many artists, who have restored the town to it's original state and have now opened their studios here. You can also visit various prehistoric caves in the area, such as Pech' Merle. At only 5 km away, in Catus, you will find a large recreational lake where you can take a nice swim. You can also fish here or rent a pedalo.
