Villa Giorgia is a newly built rustic villa located on the edge of the picturesque town Vizinada in central Istria, 18 km from Porec and 17 km from the sea. The main feature of the house is a wonderful panoramic view of the green hills and the valley of the river Mirna and the most picturesque Istrian town of Motovun, which is located on top of a hill. On a fenced plot of 1000 m2 with maintained garden the Villa Giorgia offers to the guests an outdoor swimming pool of 28 m2, barbecue fireplace, covered terrace with table and chairs and two parking spaces. This villa with swimming pool for 6-8 people has a total area of 150 m2 on three floors and is fully air-conditioned. In the basement is a konoba (tavern) with a fully equipped kitchen with gas barbecue, billiard table, dining table and a separate toilet.On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom on two floors with two single beds on the gallery (with lower ceiling) and a sofa bed for two people, shower/toilet, separate toilet. On the first floor is a double bedroom with balcony and shower/WC.
