Denna rymliga villa med 5 sovrum i Ouren, i den vackra Our-dalen, är perfekt för en avkopplande semester med familj eller vänner. Boendet rymmer upp till 8 personer och erbjuder en mysig interiör med vedeldad kamin och modern komfort, inklusive två nyrenoverade badrum och en infraröd bastu.

Bara 30 meter från villan har gäster tillgång till en privat trädgård på 1 000 m² med utomhusbastu, bubbelbad, bouleplan, grill, picknickplats och lekplats. På vinden finns ytterligare underhållning med fotbollsspel och biljardbord.

Villan har ett unikt läge nära trelandsgränsen mellan Belgien, Tyskland och Luxemburg, vilket gör det enkelt att upptäcka tre länder från samma semesterboende. Flera vandringsleder börjar direkt från boendet och naturälskare kan njuta av de vackra landskapen i Our-dalen, belgiska Eifel och Südeifel.

Läget är också perfekt för utflykter. Upptäck pittoreska byar, historiska sevärdheter och mysiga restauranger i området, eller korsa gränsen för en dagstur till Tyskland eller Luxemburg. Hautes Fagnes kan också besökas under en dagsutflykt.

Oavsett om du kopplar av i bastun, njuter av bubbelbadet, vandrar direkt från villan eller grillar tillsammans i trädgården, erbjuder denna villa den perfekta kombinationen av lugn, natur, komfort och ett unikt läge vid trelandsgränsen.

When you stay at Souvenirs d'Ouren you will lack nothing! We try to take away the daily stress !! That is why we work with a shopping list that you can find on our website. You can order your groceries up to a week before arrival. These are then ready for you when you arrive.
***Wintertip***
Winterly weather at arrival? We can recommend the arrival route via Luxemburg. Coming from Sankt Vith choose direction Luxemburg - Weiswampach-Lieler-Dreilandenpunkt-Ouren (as an alternative for the route via Burg Reuland). The road via Lieler is well winter maintained

***Recreation***
There are countless hiking and mountainbike trails in the immediate area of the house.
A survey map and bike routes are available to our guests.
Do you really love history and culture? We have plenty to offer! Why not visit a castle? There are many "burgs" and castles right nearby eg in Burg Reuland, Clervaux...Or you can walk up to the "Dreilandenpunkt" at 1 km from the house.
the German city of Trier with her beautiful Roman edifices like Porta Nigra is only a one hour drive. And the charming town of Monschau is highly recommended!
The Belgian city of Sankt Vith offers plenty of shopping and recreation possibilities like e.fg. the "East Belgium Fun Park" with plenty of exciting family activities like bowling and carting.
The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg is only q stone's throw away and offers so many possibilities. In Weiswampach e.g. (at only 6 km) there is a pool, plenty of restaurants and large shopping malls. The capital city of Luxemburg is only an hour drive as is the lovely Müllerthal.
Ski and cross country ski facilities are at 30 tot 45 min from the house as well in Belgium, Luxemburg as in Germany (Prüm). There are also golf courses in Eg Sankt Vith and Weiswampach.
