Denna rymliga villa med 4 sovrum i Burg-Reuland är perfekt för en avkopplande semester med vänner eller familj. Huset rymmer upp till 8 gäster och har en mysig inredning med en braskamin och moderna bekvämligheter, inklusive två nyrenoverade badrum och en infraröd bastu.

Bara 30 meter från villan har gästerna tillgång till en privat 1000 m² stor trädgård med utomhusbastu, bubbelpool, boulebana, grillplats, picknickområde och en lekplats, perfekt för både avkoppling och nöje. Vinden erbjuder underhållning inomhus med fotbollsspel och biljardbord.

Inbäddat nära gränserna mellan Tyskland och Luxemburg, är denna plats perfekt för gränsöverskridande dagsutflykter. Naturälskare kommer att njuta av närliggande vandring och cykling i naturreservatet Südeifel och de höga kärren. Slottet Reuland är också värt ett besök, och restauranger ligger bara 500 meter bort.

Oavsett om du kopplar av i bastun, badar i bubbelpoolen eller njuter av en grillfest på terrassen, erbjuder denna villa en underbar blandning av lugn, komfort och aktivitet.

When you stay at Souvenirs d'Ouren you will lack nothing! We try to take away the daily stress !! That is why we work with a shopping list that you can find on our website. You can order your groceries up to a week before arrival. These are then ready for you when you arrive.
***Wintertip***
Winterly weather at arrival? We can recommend the arrival route via Luxemburg. Coming from Sankt Vith choose direction Luxemburg - Weiswampach-Lieler-Dreilandenpunkt-Ouren (as an alternative for the route via Burg Reuland). The road via Lieler is well winter maintained

***Recreation***
There are countless hiking and mountainbike trails in the immediate area of the house.
A survey map and bike routes are available to our guests.
Do you really love history and culture? We have plenty to offer! Why not visit a castle? There are many "burgs" and castles right nearby eg in Burg Reuland, Clervaux...Or you can walk up to the "Dreilandenpunkt" at 1 km from the house.
the German city of Trier with her beautiful Roman edifices like Porta Nigra is only a one hour drive. And the charming town of Monschau is highly recommended!
The Belgian city of Sankt Vith offers plenty of shopping and recreation possibilities like e.fg. the "East Belgium Fun Park" with plenty of exciting family activities like bowling and carting.
The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg is only q stone's throw away and offers so many possibilities. In Weiswampach e.g. (at only 6 km) there is a pool, plenty of restaurants and large shopping malls. The capital city of Luxemburg is only an hour drive as is the lovely Müllerthal.
Ski and cross country ski facilities are at 30 tot 45 min from the house as well in Belgium, Luxemburg as in Germany (Prüm). There are also golf courses in Eg Sankt Vith and Weiswampach.
