Det är inte långt från Florens, Arezzo och Siena, då är boendet i Belvedere platsen för dig. Huset ligger 600m över havet, på sluttningarna av Pratomagno berget som delar Arno dalen från Casentino. Det rustika huset ligger i ett strategiskt läge cirka 30 km från Florens och Arezzo, och 40 km från Siena. Det finns en spektakulär utsikt över dalen och vattnet. Huset ligger cirka 5 minuters bilresa från Castelfranco di Sopra. Det är den perfekta platsen för dem som söker fred natur. Gården består av ett hus och 5 byggnader. Fastigheten omfattar 5 hektar terrasserade trädgårdar byggda med traditionella stenmurar, en vingård och olivträd och fruktträd. Gården producerar olivolja av hög kvalitet, vin, vin santo, vinäger, frukt, sylt och honung, som alla kan köpas på plats.

Lovely excursions are the cities of Arezzo, Anghiari, admire Bibbiena, Cortona, Poppi and Sansepolcro. A beautiful area with lots of nature and culture! Walks around Belvedere Right next to the loggia, by the gate to the court, you'll find a sign post with a rough scheme of nearby walks or hikes. From Belvedere, various trails will take you through our forests up to the Pratomagno peaks or downhill to our nearby village Pulicciano and further down to Castelfranco or Pian di Scò. Only the trails are man-made. The scenery you pass is untouched and wildly romantic nature. Barbecue and open fire Even though there are outdoor fire places at almost all our apartments, the use thereof during the summer months is strictly forbidden, owing to the high risk of forest fires. There is a barbecue grill on wheels, kept in the loggia and available for our guests. There is also a barbecue grill at the Casa Cipressi. Oil and wine Our fattoria offers you its own wine and, above all, our renowned first-class olive oil. At the reception loggia (between the big able and the little wall) you will find a little door. The key to it is hidden in the lantern hanging above the table (please always put the key back there for other guests to find it). In this little shed you'll find white and red wine, oil as well as vinegar and „Vin Santo“, a sweet desert wine very typical for our area. Please note down what you are consuming on the notepad prepared for you. Your account will be settled upon your departure. Note: We do not offer payment by credit card or bank card – cash only. At E-bike rental (www.e-bike italia.it) you can rent electric bikes, perfect for a trip to Pratomagno at about 1400 meters above sea level or in the Chianti area.
