The modern vacation house was built in 2009 and offers thanks to the three bedrooms and two baths ample space for families with children or couples who want to vacation together. You can enjoy the Greek climate here in your own swimming pool. The spacious terrace is the ideal place to enjoy long summer evenings. Also the veranda near the house is a great place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. In addition, there is a private sports court directly next to the house surrounded by a fence where you can play volleyball, badminton,, basketball etc. Satellite TV with a wide choice of Dutch, English, French and German channels. The nearest beach is just 8 minutes by car (approx. 5 km). On ca. 12 km lies the lively city of Rethymnon with its long promenade with cafes, bars and beautiful old harbour. The holiday house is a good starting point to discover the beautiful island. The airports are also easily accessible.
