Semesterbostad i Mrgani

Casa Tereza is a renovated semi-detached stone house with private pool and is located on the outskirts of the village of Mrgani in central Istria. The sea at the Limski Channel is 15 km away and the famous towns of Rovinj and Poreč are 24 km away. This beautiful holiday home is quietly located and offers a lot of privacy. The other half of the house belongs to the same house owner and is unoccupied. You will have a fenced terrace with private pool, sun beds and a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, dining table and BBQ at your disposal. There is also a pool house with sitting area, darts, table football and a bathroom with shower and toilet. At only 200 m from the house is a public playground with swings, slide and table tennis. The interior of Casa Tereza is modern and very well maintained. On the ground floor you will find a living room with open kitchen. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with two separate beds (can also be joined together as a double bed), TV and bathroom. Both bedrooms are accessible via stairs, but do not have a door. There is a connecting door.
