The 10m x 5m salt water pool, with a depth ranging from 1.2m to 1.9m is private. After basking in the sun on one of the six sun loungers, you may fancy a refreshing exterior shower. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful wooden terrace and has garden views. The poolside porch is a nice spot for having breakfast while the front porch is ideal for a barbecue in the evening. A few hens are living in the finca and the owner comes over daily to feed them. This dapper villa is fenced and there are a few neighbours. The porch gives access to the stylish sitting room, equipped with satellite-TV. The open plan kitchen with dining area is a lovely place for family get togethers. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas hob, a washer, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bedrooms in the quiet front part of the house. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and one with a single bed. A bathroom with shower and bathtub is available. In addition, two of the bedrooms are equipped with AC. A cot, a high chair and fans can be provided upon request. A short drive takes you to Portocristo, a fishing village with a sand beach and a wide range of restaurants and shops. Take a long stroll on the old harbour to see the fishing boats. Furthermore you can visit the Drach and the Hams Caves. Southwards there are dreamlike beaches like Cala Magrana, Cala Anguila-Cala Mendia and the natural beach Cala Varques which is only accessible by foot. Pets are not allowed.
