Villa i Kötschach

This modern, detached chalet is located near the centre of Kötschach-Mauthen and within walking distance of the skiing area. This house features a swimming pool, a wonderful place to cool down during the summer months. There also is a sauna to relax after skiing in the winter. The house features modern appliances, as well as a washing machine, dryer and carport. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, one of which (featuring a balcony) with a large double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds (located next to each other). There also is a bedroom on the mezzanine, also with a double bed. This bedroom can be reached through a fixed staircase in the hall, but is mostly suitable for younger people. There also is a spacious bathroom. Inside you'll enjoy all the possible comfort with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a wood-burning stove. The beautiful garden with swimming pool also features a barbecue. Kötschach has its own skiing area, which is suitable for families, a great swimming pool with wellness (open all year round) and a museum dedicated to the First World War. It is also the centre of the region that stretches through valleys to the nearby Dolomite mountains. At about 25 km you'll also find a beautiful, large skiing area in Nassfeld. Golfing is possible after just a 15-minute drive.
