Within walking distance ( 10 minutes ) to the village of Altea La Vella which has a choice of shops along with two Supermarkets, Bakery and restaurants. Set in a residential area, the villa and grounds are private and quiet. An open plan kitchen diner, lounge , a covered porch with outside BBQ, ideal for outdoor dining al fresco. A private pool which is surrounded by a terrace is ideal for lounging on the sun beds. The property has 3 good sized bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. A fabulous home for relaxation and enjoying the sun on your holidays all year round. We will also consider longer term lets during the winter months. The beach at La Olla is a short 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk. Villa Violeta is a fabulous location for cycling, golf, hiking, jet skiing, mountain climbing, sailing or just relaxing!
