The small hamlet of Camplong is 2 km away from the peaceful wine village of Félines-Minervois. At just a few minutes walk from your villa, you'll find a picturesque reservoir, le barrage. The recreational lake Lac de Jouarres and the Canal du Midi are only a fifteen-minute drive from Félines. You have a stunning view of the village of Félines Minervois, the vineyards and the Pyrenees from your front terrace. Another terrace offers a view of the nature reserve Haut Languedoc. You will have direct access to this nature reserve from your enclosed garden, it's a true paradise for walkers. There are several seats available and sunbeds are waiting for you by the swimming pool. The open kitchen features a bar. WiFi is available in the house. This house will not be rented out to groups of young people under 30, due to tranquillity.
