Villa Lavanda is a beautiful semi-detached holiday home with private swimming pool and is located in the southeast of Istria, in the town of Pavicini. The beach at Duga Uvala is 3 km away. The old towns of Pula and Labin are half an hour's drive from your holiday home and are worth a visit! In the village of Marcana (7 km) you will find a supermarket and a restaurant. You'll have an enclosed garden with olive trees, swimming pool, trampoline, swing and a covered terrace with dining table and BBQ at your disposal. At the back of the house, there's a road that leads to Duga Uvala. The front of the house and the swimming pool area are not on this side of the road. Villa Lavanda has modern furnishings and air conditioning. On the ground floor you will find a living room with an open kitchen and a bathroom.
