Villa Dawn offers a comfortable, fully air-conditioned accommodation for up to 8 people on the private and fenced 670sqm property.
Outdoor offers private, heated pool 7m x 3,5m, sun deck area with 5 deck chairs, and traditional outdoor barbecue. There are 3 parking places on the property (fenced)
On the first floor there is a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room with exit to the balcony with sea views, and to terrace with outdoor dining area. Bedroom No1 with 2 single beds, a family bathroom with a bathtub.
Upstairs takes you to the second floor that is also airconditioned and offers Bedroom No2 with double bed 180x200cm, plus sofa bed for 1 person and Bedroom No3 with double bed 160x200cm, both with sea views and exit to the balcony and terrace with panoramic views on the village and sea. Bedroom No4 with 2 single beds. Family bathroom with shower, and a toilet.
Both terraces (at living area level and bedroom level) offers outdoor lounge and dining furniture so you can enjoy at panoramic views on the village and sea.
Villa Dawn is located in the nice South-West position of Okrug Gornji area, on island Čiovo connected with a bridge with famous town.
The southwestern part of Ciovo, in which the District is located, was once rich in small secluded coves and beaches. The district with its beaches and bays, but also with its 2670 hours of sunshine a year, is an attractive tourist destination in Croatia.
To visit Trogir (1,7km) you can take a bus or a boat that goes every 1 hour, car or just easily walk. Trogir history heritage offers romantic courtyards, cultural and historical monuments, art and original architecture. You can learn a lot about the complex heritage of this city.
There is an opportunity to order a grocery supply, we have a colleague from Poljane Prom company that does a complete supply for yachts, villas, and you can order all offered in big supermarkets, they would deliver it to villa at the agreed time, payable with a credit card or cash once it is delivered and checked by you. All you need to do is to send us an email with a grocery list with all small details such as quantity, weight, type of other essential details to get it all as accurate as it is possible. Our experience with guests who used this service is more than positive, very good and it saves your holiday time in unknown shops!
