The house develops on the first floor where you enter the living room, there is a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms one inside the other (one with a double bed, one with a French bed).

On the second floor, there is a mezzanine with a reading corner, a bathroom with tub, a single bedroom, two bedrooms one inside the other (one with a sofa bed for 2 people and the other with a double bed. the garden with a beautiful view of the hills, a gazebo with table and chairs for outdoor dining and the BBQ, a sitting area for relaxing looking at the beautiful panorama.

The very kind and discreet owner lives in another part of the house.

In the surroundings it is possible to take walks in the Regional Park of the Sassi di Roccamalatina, visit the vinegar factories, the Bucamante waterfalls (with trekking shoes), and the Caves of Labante. With an hour's drive you can reach Modena and Bologna. Nearby is Maranello with the Ferrari circuit.
