Semesterbostad i Hasselt

Detta härliga fritidshus ligger på ett vackert läge i vackra Hasselt. Huset är rymligt med 3 sovrum och ett fint badrum med bubbelpool. Med hela köket och det stora vardagsrummet är det den perfekta platsen för en avkopplande träff med familj och/eller vänner. Hasselt är också känt som "Little Amsterdam". I mitten hittar du vackra kanaler, broar, kajer och slussar. För alla som älskar vatten är detta en idealisk plats att koppla av. Från Hasselt kan du göra resor till hansestäderna Zwolle, Hasselt och Kampen. Men Dolfinarium eller gnomskogen är naturligtvis också en fest för barnen. Du kan koppla av på terrassen i huset, med utsikt över hamnen. Det finns en parkeringsplats vid huset. Själva huset erbjuder inte en brygga, men det är möjligt att boka en plats för en båt vid Jachthaven de Molenwaard. Detta hus hyrs inte ut till ungdomar eller arbetare.

We welcome you in our appartment at the Van Nahuysweg 79 Hasselt. We own this appartment for more than 15 years, and are always very happy to go there. As we are living more than 10 years in Hungary now, we spend little time in our appartment which is a pity, while it is a special place at the waterfront and in the historic town Hasselt. Therefore we decided to make it available to other persons as well. Belvilla is our partner.

The appartment is very user friendly but there are some tips we want to share with you.

Heating. When you arrive we arrange that the appartment is warm. The heating works automatically with a day and night routine. You can easily adapt it to your conveniences by the thermostate button at the entry on the right in the living room.

Mechanical ventilation. The appartment has a mechanical ventilation system, which you can hear in the toilet and in the kitchen. In the toilet is a double switch with which you can turn on/off the toilet light and also turn off/on the ventilation system. We normally have the ventilation running all the time.

Terrace furniture. When the wheather is fine we put the furniture on the terrace at the waterfront. The seat pillows we leave in the living room ready for use. We would like to ask you to put the pillows inside at evening or when rain is expected. In case of hard wind we would like to ask you to fold the chairs and maybe put them inside to avoid them to blow away. Sometimes it can be really windy.

Barbecue. The barbecue on the terrace is free to use, and you can prepare wonderfull steaks with it, depending of the cook of course.

Garbage disposal. You can leave the garbage in the containers before the entrance gate of the park. There are also glass containers to throw away your glass bottles. We would like to ask you to throw away your trash berfore leaving

Shops. In Hasselt there are severall shops. The groceries shop ( JUMBO ) is in walking distance .

Restaurants. Downtown there are severall nice restaurants and bars which you all can reach on foot.

Cycling. The Dutch are famous for there cycling roads. Around Hasselt there are plenty of roads just for cyclists. You can rent bicycles at J van Dalfsen , Kaai 1 , Hasselt. 003138-4771608.

Boat rental. It is possible to rent a boat at "Bootverhuur Zwartewater" 00316 21266256. To sail small boats you don't need a licence in Holland.
