Beautiful and comfortable holiday home, for up to 12 guests. The house consists of a single room on the ground floor, equipped with a comfortable double sofa and fireplace, dining area, kitchen with a small bathroom (with washing machine and shower).
A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is another bathroom (with bathtub), a double bedroom and a large room that can accommodate up to 6 single beds, with a small terrace overlooking the garden.
Free wifi and smart TV.
The garden is large, private and fenced, with a barbecue and equipped with tables, swing chairs, chairs and umbrellas.
4-legged friends are welcome!
The area below is also part of the house, an uncultivated lawn where you can park some cars.
The house is located in the Borgo di Montjovet, a historical hamlet with a characteristic restaurant, a bar and a small church with regular religious functions. The house faces south, therefore with excellent insolation throughout the year.
Montjovet is located a few km from Saint Vincent, very convenient for various activities (casino, spa, swimming pool, horse riding ...) and to reach the renowned towns of the Lower Aosta Valley, the many castles and valleys of Cervinia, Champoluc, Gressoney and Champorcher.
